Fox Meadows Wedding Weekend – $5,000 

Celebrate your love with a relaxed, unforgettable wedding weekend at Fox Meadows Farm, with exclusive use of our private 20-acre estate from Thursday through Sunday and lodging in the farmhouse that sleeps up to 10. You and your guests will enjoy full access to our signature spaces for your ceremony, photos, and celebration—including the waterfront pond site with sunset views, the 36' x 24' reception building, front and back porches, nature trail, moon-gazing tower, basketball court, seasonal inground pool, and two stocked fishing ponds. A couple may also choose to sleep in the star-gazing tower (two beds) for a magical under-the-stars experience. To make planning seamless, our preferred vendor list is included, and we add two sweet Fox Meadows touches: a Vow Time Capsule Kit for you to seal away and open on a future anniversary, and a Sunset Blanket Basket waiting at our favorite pond-view spot for a quiet, golden-hour moment together.

Package B

Fox Meadows Fairytale Horse Carriage Wedding Weekend – $7,000:

Everything in the Fox Meadows Wedding Weekend is included, plus our signature horse-drawn carriage experience for a true fairytale feel. You’ll have exclusive estate access Thursday through Sunday, farmhouse lodging that sleeps up to 10, the optional star-gazing tower stay (two beds) for a couple if desired, and our preferred vendor list to simplify your planning. The horse carriage portion includes a grand entrance for the bride, a romantic send-off for couple after ceremony and a dedicated horse carriage photoshoot on the property—capturing timeless images against the pond, trails, and countryside backdrop of Fox Meadows with a professional driver/handler to keep everything smooth and safe. You’ll also receive our signature included amenities: a Vow Time Capsule Kit to preserve your wedding-day intentions, and a Sunset Blanket Basket placed at the pond’s golden-hour viewpoint for a private, memory-making pause during your weekend.

🌿 Fox Meadows One-Day Micro Wedding – $2,999

Up to 50 Guests | One-Day Celebration

The Fox Meadows One-Day Micro Wedding is designed for couples who want a beautiful, intentional wedding day without committing to a full wedding weekend. Enjoy exclusive access to our private 20-acre estate for a relaxed, meaningful celebration surrounded by nature, water views, and signature Fox Meadows charm.

This package is ideal for intimate weddings, second marriages, elopement-style celebrations with loved ones, or couples who want the Fox Meadows experience in a streamlined format.

What’s Included

  • Exclusive venue access for up to 10 hours on your wedding day

  • Up to 50 guests

    Ceremony seating for up to 50 guests

  • Reception tables and chairs for up to 50 guests
    (Includes standard banquet tables + partial indoor/outdoor seating)

  • Basic sound system for ceremony and background music

Couples may bring a licensed caterer, food truck, cake & champagne, or light reception of their choosing.

Payment Schedule

For weddings at Fox Meadows Farm, we take a non-refundable retainer to hold your date, and the remaining balance is split into payments.

Our current payment schedule is:

  • 25% retainer due at signing to reserve your date

  • 25% due 90 days before the wedding

  • 50% due 30 days before the wedding

We accept [Venmo / PayPal / Zelle / credit card / etc.].

If you prefer a different breakdown, we’re happy to chat and see what works best for both of us, as long as the final balance is paid 30 days before your wedding date.
