Booking & Payment

  • 50% deposit required to reserve your date

  • Remaining balance due 7 days before your event

  • Your event begins at the scheduled start time; early arrivals incur overtime fees

Cancellation

  • Full refund within 48 hours of booking

  • 50% refund with 14+ days’ notice

  • No refund within 7 days of event

Venue Rules

  • Light background music only — no DJs or large speaker setups

  • No glitter, confetti, or loose décor

  • No diving or unsafe play around pool

  • For safety, no glass containers are allowed in or around the pool area.

  • Please use cans, plastic, or paper only.

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • Alcohol permitted for 21+ with responsible supervision

  • No late-night or wild parties

  • No surprise weddings under birthday pricing

Security & Privacy

Outdoor security cameras monitor the pool area, pavilion exterior, driveway, and general grounds.
No cameras are placed indoors or in any private area.
